Orange Cookies Chocolate Tart with Mandarin


new month ..... new biscuits!!
Let's see if I can continue my project a "cookie day"!

Ingredients:
Farina 00 300 gr
Dark chocolate chopped
or chocolate chips 200 grams
salted butter ; 200 gr
granulated sugar , 130 gr
Cane ; 120 gr
Cacao amaro                                       50 gr
Uovo                                                     1
Baking powder ; ½ sachet
Procedure:
Having salted butter I put a "nice" touch of salt!
Beat with a whisk the softened butter (salt) and two kinds of sugar until mixture is light and fluffy.
United egg, sifted flour and cocoa and then the yeast and stir with a wooden spoon. Stir in chocolate chips and stir well.
Roll out the dough on a sheet of parchment paper to a thickness of 1 cm.

Derive disks around 6 cm and place them on a baking sheet spaced from one another.


oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Check firing after 10 minutes, if the surface is still soft, that you create a hole if you put the finger, and continue for another 5 minutes.
Let cool on a wire rack.
careful when you move them so hot are very brittle and you risk breaking them.
