Broken Capillaries On The Breast

Ciambellone! Doughnut


Here a variant of the classic donut!
Although this recipe is running very fast, and equally rapid disappearance from the table!

Ingredients

Farina 00
300 g potato starch 150 g
Mascarpone 250 g Milk

200 ml Sugar 300 g
Butter 100 g eggs
3
Yeast ; 1 packet
A pinch of salt

procedure

Preheat the oven to 180 °
Melt the butter in a pan, without letting it fry.
Whip eggs with sugar and add melted butter, mascarpone, milk, flour with the starch, baking powder and salt.
Pour into a ring mold of greased and floured 26 cm.
Bake for 35-40 minutes. Remember
always to the toothpick test, but never open the oven before 30 minutes of cooking!
